Ella & Kira, August 13, 2002
Sarah and TJ asked us to dogsit while they went with TJ's family to Myrtle Beach. The fourth day the dogs were here, Ella decided to go under the table to beg while we were eating dinner.
When I started to pull Ella out from under the table and show her where she was supposed to be, she showed her teeth and started to growl at me. I can't say I was terribly surprised - ever since sometime Saturday she's been acting like she wanted to sneak up when I wasn't looking and nip at me. I think it was a combination of being afraid of me and not really liking me.
So Ella and I had a bit of a discussion, and I think she's finally on track to understanding her role around here.
Click Here to open a new window which displays a QuickTime movie of Sarah's dogs. The video was shot the day after Ella and I had our discussion of her role in the household. Now if we can only get Ella to do as well at picking winning lottory tickets.
The movie is 1.3 meg, and will take a few minutes to download with a dial-up modem.
